Orange Groups AI operates MySquad, an AI business agent platform accessible at orangegroupsai.online. We help Nigerian SMBs automate customer service, order management, payments, and delivery through AI agents on Telegram.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Business name, type, description, location, and operating hours submitted during onboarding
  • Full name, email address, WhatsApp number, and preferred name
  • Product catalogue information and pricing
  • Bot token for your Telegram bot
  • Payment confirmation records and order details

2.2 Information from Your Customers

  • Telegram chat IDs and display names of customers who interact with your business bot
  • Orders placed, delivery addresses, and payment proof images submitted by customers
  • Message content exchanged with your AI agent

2.3 Google Account Data (if connected)

If you choose to connect your Google account, we access:

  • Gmail: read, search, compose, and send emails on your behalf
  • Google Calendar: view, create, update, and delete calendar events

We access Google data only in response to your explicit instructions given through your AI agent. We do not store email content or calendar events on our servers beyond what is necessary to complete the requested action.

2.4 Automatically Collected Data

  • Conversation logs between you and your AI agent (stored to power conversation memory)
  • Usage data including feature usage, credit consumption, and agent activity
  • Telegram message metadata (message IDs, timestamps, file IDs)

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the MySquad platform
  • To power your AI agent's memory, responses, and business knowledge
  • To process customer orders and dispatch deliveries on your behalf
  • To send daily business summaries to your Telegram account
  • To execute Google Gmail and Calendar actions at your instruction
  • To manage your credit balance and subscription
  • To communicate with you about platform updates, billing, and support

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Google API Data — Limited Use Disclosure

Our use of data obtained through Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

  • We only use Google user data to provide the features you explicitly request (email and calendar management via your agent)
  • We do not use Google data for advertising or to build user profiles
  • We do not transfer Google data to third parties except as needed to provide the service (e.g. displaying email content to you through your agent)
  • We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless you explicitly request support involving that data, or it is required for security purposes
  • You can revoke Google access at any time via Google Account Permissions

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with the following service providers, who are bound by confidentiality obligations:

  • Telegram: message delivery and bot infrastructure
  • Groq: AI language model processing for agent responses
  • Terminal Africa: logistics and carrier dispatch
  • ElevenLabs: voice synthesis for audio responses
  • Fal.ai: image and video generation
  • Google: Gmail and Calendar API access

We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Orange Groups AI and its users.

6. Data Retention

  • Conversation histories are retained to power agent memory. You can clear them on request.
  • Order records are retained for business continuity and are deletable on request.
  • Google OAuth tokens are stored securely and deleted immediately upon revocation.
  • If you close your account, your data is deleted within 30 days.

7. Security

We store all data in encrypted PostgreSQL databases. API keys and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. We do not store passwords in plain text — passwords are hashed using industry-standard cryptography.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Revoke Google account access at any time

9. Children

MySquad is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via Telegram to active users. Continued use of MySquad after changes constitutes acceptance.
