1. Agreement
By accessing or using MySquad (operated by Orange Groups AI at orangegroupsai.online), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
MySquad provides AI business agent software for Nigerian SMBs. The platform enables businesses to deploy AI agents on Telegram for customer service, order management, payment tracking, logistics coordination, and media generation.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use MySquad
- You must register with accurate business and personal information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- One account per business entity
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use MySquad for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity
- Impersonate another business or person through your AI agent
- Use the platform to spam customers or send unsolicited messages
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the platform
- Share your account credentials with unauthorised parties
- Use MySquad to collect sensitive personal data from customers without proper disclosure
Orange Groups AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Credits and Billing
- MySquad operates on a credit-based system. Each interaction consumes credits.
- New accounts receive a free credit allocation upon onboarding.
- Credits are non-refundable once consumed.
- Unused credits may expire based on your plan terms.
- Prices and credit rates may change with 14 days notice via Telegram.
6. Google Services Integration
If you connect your Google account:
- You authorise Orange Groups AI to access your Gmail and Google Calendar on your behalf
- You remain solely responsible for any emails sent or calendar events created by your agent
- You can revoke access at any time via Google Account settings
- We will not access your Google data beyond what you explicitly request through your agent
7. Third-Party Services
MySquad integrates with third-party services including Telegram, Terminal Africa, Groq, ElevenLabs, and Fal.ai. Your use of these services through MySquad is also subject to their respective terms. Orange Groups AI is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
8. Your Content
You retain ownership of all business content you provide (catalogue, product descriptions, policies, etc.). By providing content, you grant Orange Groups AI a licence to use it to operate your AI agent and provide the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your business content does not infringe any third-party rights.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
MySquad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI agent responses will always be accurate. AI systems can make mistakes — always review important business decisions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orange Groups AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of MySquad, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost orders, or data loss.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@orangegroupsai.online. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via Telegram. Continued use of MySquad after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
